Here you will be introduced to seasonal cycle awareness and free-writing journal practice that can help you to reflect on and connect this in simple ways, all in aid of nourishing your creative practice and life.
The writings here are an invitation and a starting point. Please take what is helpful, adapt to fit for yourself and leave the rest.
